FREE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY OFFER BELOW
Due to increased demand from estate agency clients, I can now offer aerial photography and videography services again. The drone of choice this time is the DJI Mini 4 Pro. This has been designed especially by DJI to reduce the red tape and regulations needed for flying commercially. I have still had to obtain a Flyer ID and Operator ID and also voluntarily took and passed the flyer ID test.
There are still many rules and guidelines needed to fly safely, however this time around, there isn’t the same requirement to have the Civil Aviation Authority certificate, flight tests and operations manual. This is due to the drone being 249g which is just below the 250g limit set by the CAA.
This drone is also so much more user friendly and can legally fly closer to residential, commercial and industrial areas, as well as within 50m of uninvolved people, which the larger drones cannot do. This means more flexibility as well as the opportunity to take off quickly to capture the desired photo or video at a moments notice.
